Dear Anna,
We didn’t spend much time together but it was enough for me to keep a lasting memory of you. I loved to meet you and to spend those days with you back in ninety... something, nine or ten years ago. It was during the time you spent here in Portugal with Myrzah. You both transmitted so much joy, so much energy and were so lovely people, with so good hearts, that it was clear that I had two special people there. In case you didn’t notice, those days were something else for me, and you, Anna, sure had a great deal to do with it.
We met again the summer before the last, in Montréal. I feel grateful for that last time I was with you and saw that great smile of yours. Life seemed to be treating you well and I could only foresee you to go on taking the best from it.
Ania, in this sad moment, I want you to know that knowing you was a great pleasure for me and that I cherish a lot the short time we spent together. I wish it was longer, much longer...
